“We live in NM and have been using Brian and Julie Perry’s company without even meeting them for a home purchase in Florida. They have been amazing to work with!!! We feel so blessed and well taken care of.”
“Perry and his team are spot on in the service that they provide. If you are searching for your perfect dream house in South Florida, these guys will make it happen for you and will make it a joyful experience in the process. Bravo, Perry.”
“Brian Perry and his outstanding team, with admirable support from his lovely wife Julie were an amazing group to work with. They worked extraordinarily hard to find buyers for my property and always kept me well informed of progress along the way until the successful sale of my unit and were there until our successful closing yesterday. I strongly recommend Brian’s team for a successful sale. They went above board with a special request to send three art books my brother desperately wanted. I have no doubt you will have a successful sale if you work with them.”
“Brian Perry and his team were informative, knowledgeable and patient from the beginning. I was updated with each step in the process of renting my house out. Brian provided good tips for preparing the house for showings. The showing text notifications made the process seamless. I would do business with Brian and Keller Williams Realty again. Thank you Brian and Julie.”

“Brian Perry and his team are exceptional! He has sold 2 properties for me in the past few years, 1 at asking price and the other almost asking price! Smooth closings! Brian also helped my wife and to find a new home just recently. Brian really has his finger on the pulse of the marketplace! Great negotiator too, just can’t stop bragging about him and his team!
